Kitchen Herb Basics In-Person
A joint offering between Massaro Community Farm and the Woodbridge Town Library.
Join us as we dive into the topic of culinary herbs. We'll discuss:
- the pros & cons of growing vs buying herbs,
- some basics of what herbs to pair with what foods,
- the best ways to store herbs.
We will then prepare a couple of simple recipes for you to try at home using seasonal herbs, which are often the first ingredients we harvest from our gardens!
Instructor Caty Poole is the former Executive Director of Massaro Community Farm, and currently an educator, consultant, gardener, food advocate, and more.
